Microsoft recently launched its two new touchscreen ultra-slim laptop variant in India with some cool spects. Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 launched in India on 5 Jun, 2021. The Surface 4 laptop launched in 2 sizes with different spects one is of 13.5-inch and another is 15-inch.
The Surface Laptop 4 13.5-inch (laptop) comes with two different spects, the first one with Intel i5 11th Generation Processor and second one with Microsoft Surface Edition: AMD Ryzen 5 Processor. On the other hand Surface Laptop 4 15-inch (laptop) also comes with two different spects, the first one with Intel i7 11th Generation Processor and second one with Microsoft Surface Edition: AMD Ryzen 7 Processor.
The Intel laptop variant has Intel Iris X graphics card with it and the AMD laptop variant has AMD Microsoft Surface Edition: AMD Radeon graphics with it.
The 13.5″ laptop comes with PixelSense display & its has resolution of 2256 x 1504 pixel (201 Pixel Per Inch) with aspect ratio of 3:2. Where as the 15″ laptop comes with PixelSense display & its has resolution of 2496 x 1664 (201 Pixel Per Inch) with aspect ratio of 3:2. Both laptops are Fully touch screen enabled with 10 point multi-touch and both laptop supports Surface Pen2.
The 13.5-inch laptop has dimensions of 308 mm × 223 mm × 14.5 mm and 15-inch laptop has dimension of 339.5 mm x 244 mm x 14.7 mm. Both laptop have Windows 10 Pro and Microsoft 365 pre-installed with it. The Surface Laptop 4 has QWERTY keyboard with Backlight.
The laptop comes with different RAM and ROM options. The RAM options are 8 GB/ 16 GB or 32 GB (LPDDR4) which can be maximum expandable up to 32 GB and ROM options are 256 GB or 512 GB SSD (Solid State Drive) which can be further upgraded. But the AMD Ryzen processors are only available in selected configurations.
The Surface 4 laptop comes with Wi-Fi 6: 802.11ax & Bluetooth version 5.0 technology. The laptop has one USB type-A port, one USB type-C port, a 3.5 mm headphone jack port and one Surface Connect port.
The laptop come up with Omnisonic Speakers with Dolby Atmos (also Dual Far-field Studio Mics) and Front facing camera of 720p HD f/2.0 camera with Windows Hello face authentication. Both the laptop comes with Aluminum casing and Palm rest with it.
The 13.5-inch laptop comes in Ice Blue, Sandstone, Platinum and Matte Black colour options where as Intel variant gives battery backup up to 17 hours and AMD variant gives battery backup up to 19 hours. The 15-inch laptop comes with Platinum and Matte Black where as Intel variant gives battery backup up to 16.5 hours and AMD variant gives battery backup up to 17.5 hours.
